Hello,

What is this alliance's policy on people who are yellow and being raided by another alliance?

I want to raid Fritz until he returns because I can use the resources to rebuild, but want to see how everyone feels about that.

Yeah, thats perfectly fine. Much rather have the resources used than get taken by other alliances.
