The level of the building onthe left i believe and the lvl of upgraded cata is on the top.


Only other hting to consider is stone mason and population difference. Pop difference can make you require as much as twice the catapults for the same effectiveness. As far as i can tell, maybe its even a direct correlation between your pop and their pop. He is half your pop he takes twice as many catas.

Wouldn't surprise me, i usually attack people my own size though.

Thank you very much Dan for that list. I had one that just showed what it took to take out level 20 buildings. Very good news that you can take out resource fields two at a time with a total of 20 catas (lvl 20 RP).

You could wipe the resources of a non-cap with 180 catas then... or wheat kill it with only 60. This is very enlightening news. I kind of assumed this to be true all along, but now I understand it, which makes me that much more dangerous. Today is a very good day.

Hehe, exactly. Never send less then 20, even if your just hitting the flourmill/bakery which only hit lvl 5. Just do it in one wave with 20.

Oh and 1 more thing, I am in no way defending Excon as he left us, and he attacked us, but he was not a spy, I hate it when people point fingers with ZERO info. Just because he left you assume hes the spy? Are we all 12 F*ing years old or what?

I've been busy all week and haven't had a chance to read boards. I should be back to 100 percent this week, after not being able to get on much this week. Too bad too, because I've lost about 2000 troops to starvation.

I was just offering possibilities. Not accusations. I agree that Danmac probably took advantage of inside knowledge. But Excon had basically ruined the trust that was there. I'm also pretty sure he was in league with Gamma and his plot to form a new alliance.

Excon does not like Gamma, we tried to take 1 of his villages once...lol. Yeah Im glad to be back now that real life issues are fixed. Lets do this war NOW!!!

Regardless of it being nice or not, Dan had an opportunity and he took it. Excon left for TF, which is fine. But when he made that move, he had to realize that he was at risk of attack. If it was still not apparent at that point, after he attacked Shadow villages, he should have realized that he was at risk of being attacked. I believe that he is very close to Dan so it is only reasonable that he would want to wipe the threat. So was it nice? No. Was it smart? Yes. Capitals are overrated anyways. I am sure that Excon will be fine in a few days/weeks. I am writing too much, but welcome back Random.

I have to say that me and the leader team are PUMPED to have Random back!!!

Now let's start working with the other war alliance and start kicking even more ass!!

Ive been busy the past few days, no time to check the forums but I thought this was worth replying to.

People typically sleep at night, that's about all i knew of excons online/offline time. I based the attack on much more reliable scouting information then anything else. Some of us, random, don't have to put a real life friend in every major alliance to gather intel before attacking another player. On that note, I didn't have a 10th of the info Evilnilla gave them when he jumped on board to attack me. Better then that, Saxman had actually asked us not to attack Excon so I left him alone when he went to TF. He knew that too, yet jumped on board the train anyways thinking he could pick up a few villages. Hell, I ONLY became his sitter to give him another opportunity not to be an idiot, and then he booted me from that as soon as it was convenient for him.

Well... Random. excon might be a cool person, or may have never spied on us and stuff. But all i saw was him leaving shadow for TF which happens to be at war with Shadow. You did leave too but you didn't go to TF where you had a lot of friends in. You went to VN. Moreover, he attacked Dan, (frankly i don't know attacked first but according to Danmac excon did). I dont know excon so I am just going from what I saw. just my two cents.

Yes, we did ask that our guys not go after Excon when he jumped to TF, and I, for one, thought he was headed that way as part of a clever plan. I was quite suprised when he started attacks on our people, but such is the way of war. I don't personally hold anything against the guy (then again...I wasn't the one being attacked) but for the sake of the game, I'm going to have to assume his loyalties are not with Shadow.

I'm new to this game and I know hardly any of you guys personally. I don't know who the spy is/was but we still have him. BUT one thing I've learned in my 50 years "there are two sides to every story" and some of the people we are fighting are good people. On the wrong side of the fence but still good people.
