I'll do some map browsing as well just thought I would ask here. They all have attacks incoming on me, and there wont be any troops returning but I thought it would be nice if someone near them could pay them a visit. =)

Not officially.
The main W.E. branch as about a half dozen "real" players. The two NE branches are more organized, but they still aren't impressive enough to even deserve a war declaration.
